The renovation of Woodforest National Bank reactivates a prominent corner in Downtown Conroe, Texas, transforming a 1962 building into a modern financial destination within a designated Opportunity Zone.

Occupying 3,993 square feet of the 32,800-square-foot structure, the project establishes a strong street presence with a full-service retail branch at ground level, while the second floor supports the bank’s Commercial Banking operations.
