Juban Crossing is a three-phase, 800,000-square-foot retail power center in Denham Springs, Louisiana, situated within a 125-acre site at the heart of a 471-acre mixed-use community—the largest of its kind in the region.

Strategically located along Interstate 12, with over 1 mile of frontage and traffic exceeding 115,000 vehicles daily, the development serves as a major retail anchor, driving growth along the corridor. The open-air center features national and regional retailers, dining, and a movie theater, complemented by adjacent professional offices and upscale residential communities.
